The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive , providing a great experience during our stay. Rooms were clean and spacious, and the location was ideal for easy airport access.

Unfortunately, noise from the nearby highway was quite disturbing at night. The lack of free breakfast options and inconsistent shuttle service left something to be desired.

Our stay exceeded expectations! The clean, spacious room featured charming decor. Staff provided a cozy couch for relaxation, and we enjoyed delicious Brussels sprouts and chicken pot pie from the hotel's cafe. Pro tip, ask for the top floor for a quieter experience. Highly recommend!

Our stay exceeded expectations! The modern King Room was spacious and featured a cozy couch that was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The hotel also had an indoor hot tub and a pool with great pressure and heat, making it a fantastic way to unwind. Plus, the smart TV allowed us to enjoy our favorite shows and movies easily!

There were some noise issues from outside.

During our one-night stay, we appreciated the roll-in shower in the handicap accessible room we had reserved. It was spacious enough to accommodate our needs, and the modern design made it comfortable. However, we encountered a significant inconvenience when we were moved to a room with a tub instead of the requested shower. This was a concerning oversight for travelers with specific accessibility requirements.

The Queen Room was clean, spacious, and freshly remodeled, which was a nice surprise. The beds were super comfy, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. I loved having a separate area with a couch and TV—it felt more like home. Plus, the room had a smart TV for streaming, which was a big bonus for chilling out. Just a heads-up, the ice machine on the floor was out of order, and it would have been great to have housekeeping service every day during our stay.

This place was a good match for a getaway in South Portland with exceptional value. I loved how the staff provided a cozy couch for relaxation after a long day exploring. Ask for a room away from the highway if you want to minimize noise at night.

However, there was a lack of housekeeping service during the stay, which is disappointing given the premium price paid. Additionally, ice machines on the floor were out of order, adding to the frustrations of the visit.

Plenty of parking available makes it easy for road warriors. The indoor pool offers a nice touch for relaxation after a long day. I appreciated the proximity to nearby Walmart and Red Robin, perfect for grabbing essentials or a quick meal without the hassle.

The advertised restaurant turned out to be just a bistro with limited menu options, which was disappointing after a day of travel. The internet connectivity left much to be desired. it was slower than a Wookiee on a treadmill, and that made it tough to stay connected for work. I also noticed some cleanliness issues, like stray hair in the room, which I found pretty off-putting for a hotel of this caliber.

The room was comfortable, but the sink stopper wouldn't stay in place.

the stay at courtyard was quite enjoyable. the room layout was modern and fresh. the fitness center was great for energizing my body, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. i loved that it was located close to the city, making it easy to enjoy drinks and dining.
